There is a stage in every young person's life called puberty when the human body begins to undergo basic physical, chemical and psychological changes. During puberty your body will grow at an accelerated rate. It happens to all of us, rich and poor, male and female alike, but the good news is we all get over it. The next stage is crutial, it is called adolescence and it is during this cycle that most of us are struck for the first time with acne. The puberty and adsolescense are stages where rapid change in growth and learning are dominant but also seem to be a breeding ground for acne skin disorders.
There, I've said it. It's a bad word, but it's out there for everyone to see.
. It is also the stage when most of us have our fists encounter with teenage acne.
There are a lot of physical changes that occur during these stages. It is also the stage when most of us have our fists encounter with teenage acne. One of the most common physical changes, and often a physical problem for young people who experience these problems is adolescent or teenage acne.
It's a myth that adolescents and teenagers are the only ones to develop problems with acne, but to be clear, acne is possible for all ages and whomever the person is. But, the stages mentioned make the younger ones prone to several types of acne as they experience this physical change involving seversl parts of their system. These physical changes are brought about by internal gonadal processes and changes in homonal levels and assignments .
Some common causes of acne over which we have little or no control are:
As a rule, young people are not noted for being overly sanitary or paragons of cleanliness. My grandson is an exception. Personal hygene and the rudiments of personal care and grooming are not high on the list, at least for boys. Girls are another story. As we are all aware of, young people are not that very particular with being hygienic and the care for face is one that is neglected. With this, acne occurrence is faster and more possible. Teens experience a lot of hormonal changes; one of these many changes is that teens produce more sebum from their face and when not properly cared, skin disorders may happen. ACNE is one of the possible cases.
Around the world, this has been a common skin problem. There are remedies; there are herbal solutions down to chemical solutions. ACNE should not be taken so hard, when one tries options for remedy, it would surely be cured. Seeking the help of an expert would of course be a great help.
For teenagers, it is also good to ask your parent or guardian to help you out in knowing what is best for you and your skin problem.
There are also angles that connect the possibility of having acne to parents who had their own acne experiences too.
Whatever the roots may be, see to it that you, as a teenager take good care of your skin by giving the right amount treatment and not just let your skin problem get even worse.
